About Marco A. Arredondo, Inc.

Marco Arredondo has been a registered professional engineer in the State of Texas since 1986. Marco earned his electrical engineering degree from Texas A&I University in Kingsville. Marco has over 30 years of electric utility rate, energy, and design experience. Marco spent the first 10 years of his career as an engineer with Central Power & Light, now AEP, supervising the design of electrical distribution systems and the last 5 years as the senior industrial engineer responsible for overseeing the implementation of the proper rates and the design of lighting systems, heating and cooling systems, waste and heat recovery systems, demand and energy management control systems, and thermal energy storage systems.

Marco A. Arredondo, Inc. has performed predominant use and energy studies for industrial, state, and private sector businesses such as Texas Instruments, Motorola, and Texas State University. Marco’s leadership responsibilities have included serving as Chairman of the Corpus Christi Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Secretary of the Corpus Christi Business Alliance, and Vice-Chair of Networking for the Texas Association of Mexican American Chambers of Commerce (TAMACC). Marco has also served as a board member of the Texas State Aquarium, the Corpus Christi Economic Development Corporation, and the Corpus Christi Conventions and Visitor Bureau. He has also served as the Region III Chair on the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and represented Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas,Louisiana, Missouri, and Kansas.
